Results we achieve with our patients come through clinical expertise as well as intentionally fostering a relationship with patients. Our results are measurable through discharge summaries to doctors and internal satisfaction surveys in which we routinely receive the highest marks possible on eleven different quality indicators important to us. Other numbers we also appreciate and consider strong recommendations of our quality of care and relationship with patients is a very low cancellation rate about 5-9% of patients who are unable to come to therapy over any given period - the national average is double or triple that percentage. Another number we appreciate is the frequency in which our patients return to our clinics for different issues, or refer a friend or family member who needs therapy.
