Meet the Staff

Lara Capps, M.S., VATL, ATC, joined Advantage Physical Therapy in August 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Salisbury University (2003). Lara continued her education at Middle Tennessee State University earning a Master's of Science degree in Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Safety with a concentration in Sports Management (2005). Lara became certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification in 2003. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family along with playing and watching sports. Lara and her husband currently reside in Harrisonburg.
